the basis of our whole faith is the bible. For us it is clear that the ultimate truth about God and life is in there in an available form. It is with this and nothing else that we compare all things.

but it is not the book itself, rather He who gave the commission to write it. We search for the reality of Him of whom the bible speaks.

our faith

We believe in the one and eternal creator God whose being is a mysterious trinity of Father, Son and Holy Spirit, and who reveals Himself as a personal God.
(Ephesians 4/ 4-5)

We believe that God once and for all revealed Himself in Jesus Christ, His only son. It is through Him that we can understand how God really is: perfect love, that sacrifices itself so that all people, including those who have refused or ignored Him, can become His children.
(1.John 5/20; Isajah 53/4-6)

And this is where we see our mission. To go on with what Jesus´ disciples did and what Jesus had started. We want to call people to become children of God and to receive another, new life as a gift.
(Matthew 28/19-20)

This is our message:

There is a God. He wrote His will clearly on our consciences and in black and white in the bible. Every human being has ignored God´s rules and has despised Him, and, according to the law, deserves to die for this. As uncomfortable a fact as this may be: one day the score will be settled and everybody will be held fully responsible for what he or she has done with their lives.

The same righteous and holy God became man in Jesus and took the death sentence that was supposed to be ours, instead of us, outside Jerusalem on a Friday morning, 2000 years ago. He was crucified so that we could be free. He has taken responsiblity for our guilt. This is the Gospel. If you believe this, eternal life will be yours. If you don´t, everything remains as it always has been for you.

This Jesus who died for your sins did not stay dead. Three days later He came to life again through the power of God and was witnessed by many people. This is evidence that His power that is stronger than death. Everyone who believes in Jesus receives this power as a gift, through the Holy Spirit. This is so real that Jesus Himself lives in you.

These gifts from God have absolutely nothing to do with your performance; infact the opposite is the case: if you confidently entrust yourself to His care, just as you are - the bible calls it “faith“ - this new life is immediately yours and becomes a reality for you for the rest of your life and eternity.

This is our faith, our hope and all our strengh. This is the real thing. We do not make any compromises. We have experienced it, and we confess with our lives that this gospel saves, to the honor of God.
